Japanese black tea made with luxuriously rare domestic tea leaves grown in the land of Shirakawa, Gifu.

 This tea is made from carefully fermented Yabukita tea leaves from Shirakawa, and is rich in aroma, with a subtle sweetness and mellowness.
 "01" is made using Shirakawa tea leaves, the same ones used in green tea, which are fermented in a unique way to reduce bitterness and bring out a mellow, deep flavor and aroma.
 Although it is a tea bag, it produces a cup of tea that tastes just like it was carefully brewed in a teapot.

 With each bite, a gentle sweetness gently rises and a deep, tranquil flavor emerges.
