Shipping & Returns
Shipping is currently available for domestic shipping and some international shipping.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of 850 yen (tax included).
*Additional shipping charges may apply for remote islands and some areas.
In such cases, we will contact you by email, so please be sure to check.
*If you order multiple items at once, additional shipping charges may apply in addition to the displayed amount. In that case, we will contact you by email to inform you of the shipping charges.
Multiple deliveries to the same location
Example: 1 pair (left and right set) → 850 yen
*For domestic deliveries, we use Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express. After we arrange delivery, we will respond to individual delivery service requests from the customer (checking delivery status, changing date and time, holding at post office, redelivery, etc.) in accordance with the service and delivery terms of each company. Please understand that we cannot accept customer requests for specific delivery companies.
*We do not provide special gift wrapping or gift tags. If you would like the invoice sent to a different address, please let us know by email.
Regarding some overseas shipping
Asia (China, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan)
Shipping fee: 6,000 yen
Delivery estimate: Within 7 to 15 days from shipping
North and Central America (USA, Canada, Mexico)
Shipping fee: 8,000 yen
Delivery estimate: Within 7 to 15 days from shipping
Europe (France, Italy, Spain, the UK, Belgium)
Shipping fee: 9,000 yen
Delivery estimate: Within 7 to 15 days from shipping
*Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, and delivery conditions.
*The tracking number will be sent to you by email after shipping is complete.
Returns and Exchanges
■Regarding product exchanges: If the product is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered immediately after receiving it, please contact us immediately.
Please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns after the product has been used.
■Exchanges and returns due to customer convenience are only accepted for unopened and unused items, and only if you contact us by email or phone within three days of receiving the product. Please use the method specified by our store for returns.
■Return shipping and handling fees: We will cover the cost of returns and exchanges that are caused by our store's or the manufacturer's negligence during shipping or handling.
All returns due to customer reasons will be at the customer's expense.
If the product is returned due to an unknown delivery address, such as a long absence or refusal to accept delivery, a shipping fee will be charged in addition to the round-trip shipping fee.
Please note that if we refund you due to a return for your own reasons, the bank transfer fee will be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund amount.
