About Shipping
Shipping charges are currently available for domestic delivery.
The shipping fee is 850 yen (tax included) except for Okinawa Prefecture, Hokkaido and remote islands.
For Hokkaido and Okinawa, the shipping fee is 1,050 yen (tax included).
*Additional shipping fees may apply for some remote islands and regions. In that case, we will contact you by email, so please be sure to check.
*If you order multiple products at once, additional shipping charges may apply in addition to the displayed amount. In that case, we will contact you by email to inform you of the shipping charges.
Multiple deliveries to the same location
Example: 1 pair (left and right set) → 850 yen
As a general rule, the second pair and beyond will be sold at half price.
*For domestic delivery, we use Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express. After we arrange for delivery, we will respond to individual delivery service requests from the customer (checking the delivery status, changing the date and time, holding the package at a post office, redelivery, etc.) based on the service and delivery terms of each company, so please understand and acknowledge this. Please note that we cannot accept customer requests for specific delivery companies.
*We do not provide special packaging or gift tags for gifts. If you would like the invoice sent to a different address, please let us know by email.
Returns and Exchanges
Regarding product exchanges: If you find any damage or defects immediately after receiving the product, or if the product is different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately.
Please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns after the product has been used.
■Exchanges and returns due to customer's convenience Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items, and only if you contact us by email or phone within 3 days of receiving the item. Please use the method specified by our store for returns.
■Return shipping and handling fees: If a return or exchange is due to an error on the part of our store, the manufacturer or transportation company, we will cover the shipping and handling fees.
All returns due to customer's convenience will be at the customer's expense.
If the product is returned due to an unknown delivery address, such as a long absence or refusal to accept the product, we will charge you a shipping fee in addition to the round-trip shipping fee.
In addition, if we refund you due to a return of a product for your own reasons, please note that you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee and the refund will be made based on the amount of the bank transfer fee.
