KURo JAPAN LABEL aims to be a cultural label that re-presents the value of Japanese culture and passes it on to future generations.

 

The black in "KURo" is not just a color; it represents wabi-sabi, negative space, and the spirituality that the Japanese have cherished since ancient times.

 

"JAPAN" does not refer to a country, but rather to the essential values that Japan possesses, such as its craftsmanship, tea ceremony, samurai culture, and aesthetic sense.

 

And "RABEL" is a word that deliberately changes one letter from the original "LABEL." While it has the meaning of "Label" as re-presenting value and the meaning of "Label" as bringing together culture, the slight incongruity of that one letter embodies the beauty of incompleteness.

 

Our goal is not just to create products, but also to re-examine the value of Japanese culture, share it both domestically and internationally, and pass it on to future generations.
