Returns Policy
As we make each product individually for each customer after receiving an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons.
We will respond as quickly as possible to irregular problems such as our own mistakes, initial defects, breakage during transportation, etc.
In the above cases, we or the shipping company will bear the costs.
If there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact us by email within one week of arrival to discuss the matter.
In such cases, the customer will be required to cover all costs including round-trip shipping fees and repackaging fees.
We will deduct the following from your refund: the prepayment fee for the return, 850 yen for shipping to the customer, plus 1,650 yen (tax included) for re-inspection and re-packaging after arrival = 2,500 yen (within Japan). Thank you for your understanding.
