The cowhide leather used in KURosetta is finished with ultrafine European pigments, which gives it a transparent appearance but is resistant to fading and discoloration, and is characterized by its soft texture and feel. It has a natural texture that makes it instantly recognizable as genuine leather, a high-quality feel and character, a simple smell, and a smooth feel.

The basic traditional way to wear them is with your heels slightly exposed (1-3cm) and your toes just lightly hooking the straps. If you want to wear them the modern way, you should put your toes deep into the straps. Once you put on the geta, they will take on the habit of your feet, so how you put them on the first time is crucial.
Handling Precautions
The toe cap of new geta sandals may feel a little tight, but the cowhide will become more comfortable with use.
Please note that the dyeing of the leather used in the geta sandals may transfer to socks or other items due to moisture or friction.
Returns Policy
As we make each product individually after receiving your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
We will respond as quickly as possible to irregular issues such as our mistake, initial defects, breakage or damage during transportation, etc.
In the above cases, we or the shipping company will cover the costs.

If there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact us by email within one week of arrival to discuss the matter.
In such cases, the customer will be required to cover the costs of round-trip shipping, repackaging, etc.

From product completion to shipping
Currently, we require a 14-21 day lead time for made-to-order production.
We will ship immediately depending on stock availability.
